At Bon Appétit Placemats, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know you are busy, so we've made our return policies as convenient as possible.

Returning an Online Purchase

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging and be unused and clear of scratches, creases etc.

Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and include the original packing slip (retain a copy for your records).

Contact us to get a returns sheet

Send the package via a traceable and insurable method. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Damaged / Defective Placemats

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.

Bon Appétit Placemats will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund your purchase.
